Oncology Frontier:Can you comment on the efficacy， toxicity and pharmacokinetics of the HDAC inhibitor group of compounds?
《肿瘤瞭望》： 请您评价HDAC抑制剂的疗效、毒性和药代动力学。
Dr Federico: Their toxicity profile is good enough to include them in a combination regimen. There are limited side effects (a few cases of grade III or higher side effects) that support their usage in combination. We also have data that the combination of HDAC inhibitors with chemotherapy is tolerable and probably suited to the outpatient setting for patients with newly diagnosed T-cell lymphoma.
Federico博士：HDAC抑制剂的毒性不是很大，Ⅲ级及以上的副作用较少，因此制定治疗方案时可以考虑这类药。HDAC抑制剂与化疗联合治疗可耐受，这方面有研究数据支持，HDAC抑制剂联合化疗方案可能适合刚确诊的T细胞淋巴瘤门诊患者。
